Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation charges will be levied as per the existing cancellation rules.

2. The refund will be directly credited to the customer’s account used for online booking, within 7 days of cancellation.

3. Transaction charges levied by the bank/payment gateway will not be refunded.

Cancellation Charges

1. 10% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure.

2. 25% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled between 29 to 7 days before departure.

3. No refund if cancelled within 7 days before departure.

4. Refund will be processed to the customer’s account within 7 days of cancellation.

5. Transaction charges levied by the bank/payment gateway will not be refunded.

6. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating with reservation of packages operated by SPORTS UTLA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kavaratti U.T. Of. Lakshadweep India-682555.
